Jj Residence - Phi Phi Don

The room here was well-maintained, new, and always clean, with a lovely setting that's conveniently close to a busy pier.

Staff not very friendly. The room kind of damp. It is better when the ac is on. Close to the beach. And the bad part is that it is very noisy at night. You can hear the music in the room, and it doesn't stop until two or three at night. We had to buy ear plugs so we were able to sleep. And two sets of ear plugs cost 120 thai baht.

The rooms were nicely decorated, had everything you needed in them too. Good price for a/c, clean sheets and towels, pool, fridge, hot shower.

They would benefit from a seating area for breakfast for example.

Convenient location close to the beach and pier. Recently renovated with modern amenities, including an extra bed for added comfort. 🏖️

The hotel is very clean! I like the decoration that looks comfortable and fashion. There is a balcon that I can enjoy the seaview there. Overall, considering the hotel enviorment/facility vs. the cost, it is a nice choice to stay with this hotel in PP island.

The most inconvenience is that we can't take the towels away from the hotel. Towel is very useful when we go for snorkeling. On the other hand, it would be better to keep the slippers in the room (maybe they will give it to you if you ask for that), since I bring my own slipper, so I didn't ask for that.

Clean, nice room with balcony. Very, very close to one of the beaches. Very very close to the beach with all the beach parties on it. Very close to bars/clubs such as Slinkys.

You have to pay for the internet.

Having been really worried about accommodation and reviews we'd seen about places to stay on Phi Phi island we decided to go all out and spend the €30 per night on this hotel! It was more than worth it! The room was fantastic - tv, fridge, free bottled water every day, kettle, balcony, very comfortable big bed! The ensuite bathroom was lovely and clean. Location was perfect. Less than 5 minutes walk to the pier. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops close by but still away from the noise! Wifi worked great!

Great relaxed guest house in the villiage. Phi Phi accomadation is overpriced compared to most of Thailand and most options are either backpacker style or expensive resorts. This place fits nicely in the middle. Pool is great as the beach is nice to look at but warm water and full of rubbish.

The room was comfortable and fantastic with AC and hot running water; the location was awesome and fabulous next to Loh Dalam Bay, within walking distance to small markets and supermarkets across the street.

JJ offers good quality rooms and a very comfortable bed for a reasonable price. The hotel is quite new. The pool rooms give direct access to the small pool. For the small amount extra it's fun.The hotel offers value for money but stay away from reception if you don't want to get angry

The lady at reception (owner?) was very unfriendly right from the start. The absolute bloody limit was that we left our towels outside overnight and they got soaking wet by the rain. The lady refused clean towels in the morning. we simply had to wait until the room was serviced.

Amicable and accommodating staff, and tasty food!!!

A relaxing stay for 4 nights. Everything was fairly clean and great. Great and lovely location, within 5 minutes walk to Loh Dalum. Adjacent to pier and market as well as the centre where all the clubs are.

This place was pretty chill and quite tidy. the staff were really nice and willing to assist with anything. Loved that it was right by the beach and close to shops 🏖️.

Nice room with a good view, Phi Phi was so lovely that we booked an extra night. Close to the beach. No discomfort from party music.

No breakfast available, but around the corner is a very good bakery.

The comfort of the bed :) and the swimming pool. I think it is in my range if it is low season...but if high season, I would have to stay at cheaper place. But overall nice place!
